About
Daniel Cohen is the Founder and Principal Attorney of The Impact Firm.
Daniel was inspired to create The Impact Firm during his time as the hiring director of an educational service provider. His supervisor instructed him to cut interviews short if the job applicant was a person of color or wore any religious headgear. Deeply disturbed by these instructions, Daniel resigned from the company, determined to take action against such injustices and to prevent similar occurrences in the future. Since then, he has honed his craft in employee advocacy, drawing on the skills he developed through his graduate employment and educational experiences.
Daniel recognizes that the injustices faced by employees are unforgiving, leaving a lasting impact on their lives and well-being. With him in their corner, Daniel ensures his clients emerge stronger and more empowered.
